2 teenage boys accused of killing a man during a robbery in Tucson

TUCSON, Arizona (AP) – Two teenagers were arrested in connection with a fatal shootout on the east side of Tucson.

Tucson police said the boys, ages 15 and 16, will be charged with first degree murder and attempted armed robbery.

The names of the teenagers are withheld by The Associated Press because they are teenagers.

Police said 19-year-old Dean Ryan Marcishak was fatally shot and killed in an armed robbery in an apartment complex on July 14.

The officers ransacked one of the teenagers’ homes and reported that they found evidence linking him to the shooting.

Police said the other teen was linked to Tuesday’s murder and arrested while leaving a house.
