33 lots in North Phoenix are being sold for more than $ 5 million

In a separate transaction, Pulte Homes, the third largest home builder in the United States by number of houses closed, bought 16 lots in the same region of northern Phoenix for $ 2,173,421 Vizzda. The cost of land at the northeast corner of Cave Creek Road and Deer Valley Drive in Phoenix is ​​$ 135,838.81 per lot.

All 33 lots were sold by Cave Buttes Development Partners.

The lots are all part of the Sky Crossing development.
