The city of Yuma announces the upcoming launch of a new and improved electronic billing and payment service via Invoice Cloud. Online account access and payments were and are available, but shortly customers who are currently registered with myUMA will receive information on how to proceed with automatic payments.

The new service offers more flexibility in viewing and paying city service bills. Customers can pay by phone around the clock via an automated payment line or use the “Pay by text” option.

The new service is expected to be available later this month and offers several improved payment options and features that customers have requested, such as: B. the option to pay by text or with Apple and Google Pay. Invoice Cloud provides an easy-to-use online payment gateway that customers can use to view and pay invoices, check their account balance, make payments, and sign up for paperless billing. Customers can schedule one-time and automatic payments, securely store payment information for later use, and review past invoices for up to 24 months (as soon as they become available).

Invoice Cloud also notifies customers via email or text when the invoice is ready to view shortly before the due date, when a payment is late, and when a scheduled payment is pending. In addition, customers can now pay in person at Walmart and Del Sol Market. It is recommended to create an online myUMA account. However, there is no need to view invoices and make a payment. More information is available at www.yumaaz.gov/myuma.

Customers currently registered with myUMA (those who have signed up for automatic or online invoice payment) should look out for an email from Invoice Cloud with instructions on how to update their banking information with the new provider.

“Please look for the upcoming email from Invoice Cloud and take the necessary steps to continue using myUMA’s online invoice payment service,” said Teresa Laurent, Budget and Revenue Manager. “We’re excited to offer our customers an enhanced online billing experience that includes the features our customers have requested.”
