Deadlines for the OCM forum page

Due to internal system changes, the deadlines for the open forum pages of the Old Colony Memorial have changed.

Letters to the editor (400 words maximum) and guest columns must be received no later than Thursday noon for them to appear at the Midweek Old Colony Memorial. You must be in by noon on Monday to walk at the Weekend Old Colony Memorial. The letters must contain the name, address and telephone number for verification. Street name and city are published with letters.

These deadlines are 24 hours earlier for holiday weeks.

All contributions to the forum are at the discretion of the editor and can be edited. Guest columns must be approved in advance by the editor. Send an email to [email protected] or call 508-591-6605 and your voicemail message will be forwarded.

Send your emails to [email protected]. Submissions can be made to the Old Colony Memorial, 10 Cordage Park Circle, Suite 40, Plymouth, MA 02360. However, staff continue to work remotely during the pandemic, and mail is only picked up occasionally, delaying submissions sent there. Email is preferred.
