Falcon Line launches Tucson-Phoenix Tesla ridesharing program

TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN9) – The inside of a Tesla Model X may remind you of a spaceship that fits because this business is starting up.

“We trained the Phoenix crew, today I’m training drivers to be the Tucson crew,” said Michael Puhala, CEO of Falcon Line.

Puhala says he hopes to bridge the void for people who want to travel between Tucson and Phoenix in style but don’t want to go through the hassle of flying. He plans to expand to similar corridors across the country soon.

“The next market after Arizona will likely be Texas, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Houston, and then probably Colorado.”

The electric vehicles are environmentally friendly and will be equipped with advanced air filter systems for COVID security. There is WiFi and other amenities for the busy traveler. There are pop-up desks for travelers who want something done while driving. The accommodations are available at a premium price.

“It costs $ 100 to book a seat, $ 300 for privacy when you want to book the car. The added benefit is door-to-door service. If you are booking a seat, it is point to point. “

La Encantada Mall is the drop-off and pick-up location in Tucson. Two locations in Phoenix are one near Sky Harbor Airport and one in North Scottsdale.

“Whether you’re a UArizona alumni and want to go to a game and live in Phoenix or vice versa, you might live in Tucson and want to watch a Diamondbacks or Cardinals game,” concluded Puhala.
