With Passport’s digital approval solution Flagpole Residents have a secure way to apply and pay for permits, and the city has access to a single platform that acts as a single point of contact for managing permits, including permits and applicant details. This eliminates trips to the town hall for permit holders and the manual processes for the city are significantly reduced. City Hall customer service will continue to be able to help people purchase permits if they don’t have internet access or a credit card.

“We are delighted to have migrated to Passport’s system,” says Gail Brockman, Flagstaff City Parking Manager. “The new permit portal will create a better customer experience and help us continue to effectively manage parking in the ParkFlag District.”

Passport’s digital platform enables more than 1,000 cities to manage all of their mobility operations – including mobile paid parking, digital enforcement and permissions, micromobility and payment processing – from one central location. Data for all payment methods flows through the same system and offers a comprehensive view of the parking ecosystem.

“The transition to Passport’s digital platform equips the City of Flagstaff with the right tools and insights to simplify processes and improve the overall user experience, “says Passport Client Success Manager, Kelly Andrews. “We pride ourselves on being the city’s trusted mobility partner and look forward to continuing to provide them with the technology to achieve their parking management goals.”
