PAGE, AZ – Lake Powell boaters are cautioned that due to wind damage, no boat fuel service will be offered at the Dangling Rope Marina until further notice. The gas station is separate from the main dock and is not safe for visitors or employees. Visitors are not allowed to use the dock for any purpose until further notice. You can find more information about the available visitor services on our website and on social media. The marina shop, the café and the lift station will remain closed until further notice. Hall’s Crossing gas station is not yet open for the season.

The Dangling Rope Marina is the only place where boat fuel can be obtained between the downahake of the Wahweap area and the high tide of the Halls Crossing / Bullfrog area, approximately 100 miles away. Boaters are advised to plan their needs in advance. (For boaters traveling at an average speed of 20-25 mph, the 100-mile drive from Wahweap to Bullfrog takes approximately 4-5 hours without stopping.)

The park is working to restore fuel service as soon as possible and thanks the boaters for their patience.
