Half-manned flags fly here, local news

Oklahoma: By order of the governor, all flags on state property will be flown by half of the staff on Friday, February 5, 2021 in honor of Waynoka Fire Department Chief Lonnie Leroy Bolar and Tayler Wade Bradford who died on duty.

Massachusetts: By order of the governor, all flags in public facilities will be hoisted by half the staff on Friday, February 5, 2021 in honor of Sergeant Christopher Murdock Delano of the Massachusetts Air National Guard.

California: As directed by the governor, all flags will be displayed on the state capitol on Friday, February 5, 2021, and on Saturday, February 6, 2021 in honor of Los Angeles County Police Officer Philip Sudario and Sergeant Patricia Guillen, halfway through Personnel hoisted who died of COVIS-19 complications.
