Here are employers who are hiring in Metro Phoenix

As companies reach full capacity and want to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, employers on the Phoenix and Arizona subways are looking for new employees.

Below are announcements of vacancies in the valley and, in some cases, across the state.

HMS host – The Travel Dining Company is hosting a job fair that recruits more than 100 restaurant workers at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Positions are available in several airport restaurants, including Starbucks, Chelsea’s Kitchen, La Grande Orange, and Barrio Café. The company is hiring positions ranging from deputy managers and line chefs to lounge club participants.

The job fair will be held in the HMHHost airport office suite at 1250 E. Hadley Street.

Other companies are hiring

Fry’s grocery stores – The grocer is hiring more than 800 jobs nationwide. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Fry’s is looking for assistant supervisors, general purpose workers, courtesy clerks, pharmacy technicians, department heads, cheese vendors, and more.

UPS – The parcel shipping company employs over 200 full-time part-time workers to process packaging items at its sorting centers in Phoenix and Goodyear.

The jobs come with health care, pension contributions, tuition assistance, and a discounted stock purchase program.

The entry fee is up to USD 16 per hour.

CVS – The healthcare company is hiring 500 service and clinical professionals at its new Aetna One Advocate office in Chandler over the next 12 to 24 months.

The job vacancies are for customer service attorneys, nurse case managers, care manager employees, healthcare provider attorneys, customer service agent managers and supervisors, and clinical health service supervisors.

Barro’s Pizza – The family-owned pizza chain plans to hire 400 people for its 40+ locations on the Phoenix and Tucson subways.

Most of the positions are for counter staff, cooks and delivery staff at all locations.
