Man seriously injured after Phoenix shoots near 43rd Avenue and McDowell Road
Police say the man likely argued with several other men when he was shot dead Tuesday night.
PHOENIX – – A man was seriously injured in a shooting in Phoenix on Tuesday night, and police say he may have been in a fight with several other men prior to the shooting.
The shooting took place nearby around 7 p.m. 43rd Avenue and McDowell Road.
Officers arrived at the scene and found a man with serious injuries. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.
“Early information suggests that the man was involved in an altercation with several other men at the time of the shooting,” police said.
The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
