Janelle Brown’s rental property has been sold, where will she go now?

Janelle Brown will move at least one more time. The mother of six and the star of Sister Wives has another rental property sold out under her feet. With the Brown family no closer to making a decision about the Coyote Pass, Janelle is on the verge of being evicted. Fans can’t help but wonder how many more moves are in their future before finally admitting that moving to Flagstaff was ill-advised.

Janelle Brown’s rental property has been sold

Janelle has rented a five-bedroom, three-bathroom house in Flagstaff, but a frenzied real estate market is packing her again. The house Janelle rented went up for sale on May 22nd. The $ 699,000 price tag obviously attracted buyers. It has been 13 days since the owner put the property up for sale. An offer is pending.

Janelle is now moving in hyperdrive. There are boxes scattered on online pictures the agent used to sell the property. However, where Janelle will go is unclear. Presumably she will settle in another rental apartment, but how long is difficult to say. The real estate market in Flagstaff is booming. The demand for homes entices many homeowners to sell while they can make a profit.

Janelle Brown has moved several times

Finding permanent accommodation in Flagstaff was not easy for any of the Sister Wives stars. Christine Brown was initially the only family member to buy a house in Flagstaff after moving. The mother of six insisted she couldn’t find a rental that allowed pets. Meri Brown ended up in a large rental apartment after briefly returning to Las Vegas after complaints from neighbors. Robyn Brown, Kody Brown’s fourth and legal wife, moved several times before buying a sprawling home at a staggering price.

Of all four sisters, Janelle could be the hardest hit. She has moved into three different rental apartments since leaving her Las Vegas home. None of the rents she found were palatial too. The first apartment she called home in Flagstaff seemed half the size of the house she’d left behind. Her current apartment was more spacious, but lacked luxury amenities.

Did the Sister Wives stars destroy the ground on Coyote Pass?

Janelle has confirmed that the family has not yet taken a single step on the Coyote Pass. Shortly after it became known that her rental apartment had been sold again, Janelle took to Instagram to share a video of the property she and her family had bought before moving in 2018.

While Janelle offered fans an upbeat caption, claiming she’ll never tire of the country view, fans quickly noticed otherwise. Absolutely nothing changes in the cultivation area. Janelle initially planned to build four separate houses on the property together with her husband and sisters. They have not yet broken open a single structure and the land remains completely undeveloped. Moving to the property will not be an option for Janelle in the foreseeable future.
