PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – A man is dead after an argument at a Phoenix home turned into a shooting on Wednesday night. It happened near 28th Street and Osborn Road around 7.45pm. Police said the victim got into an argument with a friend who then drew a gun and shot the man.
When the first responders got to the house, the man was dead. The shooter took off.
