Man accused of exposing himself to children in Phoenix who are chased by an adult wielding a broom, Arizona News

PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – Police arrested a man yesterday afternoon who is accused of exposing himself to children in a Phoenix neighborhood.

According to court records, the suspect, 56-year-old Douglas Hood, saw young children between the ages of 1 and 10 playing in the front yard of a house. Documents say Hood walked into the courtyard and then exposed himself to the children and made sexual statements to them.

An adult saw Hood and could bring all the children in. Court records say another adult came outside and approached Hood with a broomstick. Hood then went and went into the back alley and “continued to expose his penis to anyone,” the court records say.

Hood was taken into custody and booked for indecent exposure.
