A man died after being found shot and killed in the 83rd Avenue and Indian School Road area of west Phoenix on Tuesday, police said.
Shortly after 3 p.m., the officers on site reported and found an unidentified man with a gunshot wound. He was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries and later died.
According to Police Spokesman Sgt. Andy Williams, preliminary information suggested the man was in a vehicle with another man and an argument escalated into a shootout.
The shooter fled before the police arrived. Further information was not published.
