The unincorporated areas of Holbrook, Joseph City, Winslow, Adamana, Goodwater, Sun Valley, Woodruff, and Chevelon Canyon are provided by the Navajo County Sheriff’s Office as law enforcement agencies.

  • March 24 – Navajo County Sheriff’s Office MPs at Maverick Supermarket in Holbrook arrested 38-year-old Marci Lantz on charges of shoplifting, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of dangerous drug paraphernalia.

The unregistered areas of Pinetop-Lakeside, Show Low, Linden, Pinedale, Clay Springs, Overgaard, Heber, Snowflake, and White Mountain Lake are provided by the Navajo County Sheriff’s Office as law enforcement agencies.

Heber / Overgaard / Clay Springs / Pinedale

  • March 23 – MPs arrested Joseph Guffey, 42, from Pinedale on an unspecified warrant.
  • March 24 – MPs cited and dismissed Mary Mockelstrom, 63, of Overgaard, who was charged with four DUI charges. Police said their BrAC was reportedly three times the legal limit of 0.08.

Snowflake / Taylor / White Mountain Lakes

March 22 – Snowflake MPs arrested Snowflake, 36-year-old Danielle John on charges of domestic violence-related disorder and domestic violence-related assault.

Pinetop / Lakeside / Wagon Wheel

March 23 – MPs arrested Show Low, 27-year-old Joseph Barton, on an unspecified warrant.

March 25 – MPs on the 1500 block on Peterson Road in Lakeside arrested Tyler Wedin, 27, of Pinetop on charges of trespassing, assault and first degree disorder. Any information that the public has regarding any suspect in any case is encouraged to assist law enforcement with information about the criminal activity.

Please remember to buckle up and watch out for motorcycles and ATVs on the roads. Be courteous to other drivers and if you do need to consume alcohol, get a designated driver, not a DUI.
