The unincorporated areas of Holbrook, Joseph City, Winslow, Adamana, Goodwater, Sun Valley, Woodruff, and Chevelon Canyon are provided by the Navajo County Sheriff’s Office as law enforcement agencies.

  • April 25 – Navajo County Sheriff’s Bureau MPs arrested Ashley Shannon, 40, from Holbrook on charges of grievous bodily harm to a peace officer and disorderly conduct.
  • April 29 – MPs arrested 33-year-old Nicole Jager from Holbrook on charges of exacerbated DUI, child abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia.

– MPs from the NCSO prison in Holbrook arrested Quentonno Hardy, 28, of Joseph City on charges of demolition of prison property.

  • May 1 – Members of the NCSO prison in Holbrook arrested Charles Brito, 43, of Winslow, and Mark Lazio, 46, of Phoenix, both on charges of disorderly behavioral battles.

The non-regulatory areas of Pinetop-Lakeside, Show Low, Linden, Pinedale, Clay Springs, Heber-Overgaard, Snowflake, and White Mountain Lake are provided by the Navajo County Sheriff’s Office as law enforcement agencies.

  • April 25 – MPs arrested Taylor, 41-year-old Lester Morgan on charges of grievous bodily harm related to domestic violence, disorderly behavior related to domestic violence and criminal harm related to domestic violence.
  • May 1 – MPs arrested Pinedale, 42-year-old Joseph Guffey on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal offenses.

Snowflake / Taylor / White Mountain Lakes

  • April 30 – MPs arrested Lake Havasu, 32-year-old Michael Bonham on charges of disorderly conduct.

Show Low / Linden / Pinetop / Lakeside / Wagon Wheel

  • April 26 – MPs arrested Shane Claw, 29, from Whiteriver on charges of aggravated DUI, extreme DUI (BrAC greater than 0.15), driver’s license suspension and unspecified arrest warrant.
  • April 25 – MPs arrested 32-year-old Bowe Van Meter from Lakeside on charges of disorderly behavior related to domestic violence with a gun and domestic violence exposure.
  • April 26 – MPs arrested Lakeside-born James Lasater, 36, on charges of domestic violence-related disorder, domestic violence-related assault and domestic violence-related criminal harm.

– MPs arrested Justin Hulbert, 37, from Lakeside, on charges of disrupting the legal process.

  • May 1 – MPs arrested Mark Apachito, 49, from New Mexico for extreme DUI (BrAC greater than 0.15).

Please remember to buckle up and watch out for motorcycles and ATVs on the streets. Be courteous to other drivers and if you must consume alcohol, get a designated driver, not a DUI.
