With New Year’s Day right around the corner, many city services close in honor of the holiday. Below is your quick reference list for all the city closures happening in Tucson and Yuma Cities.

City of Tucson

City offices for the City of Tucson will be closed on Monday, January 2nd and reopen on Monday, January 3rd

Trash & Recycling collection:

The New Year holiday will be observed on Monday, January 2nd. No collection on Monday. Customers with collection on any day Monday-Friday will have their services delayed by one day.

Holiday collection schedules are available online at www.tucsonaz.gov/esd or if you have a smartphone, download the free Recycle Coach app to have access to all collections scheduled.

City of Yuma

Yuma City Hall will be closed, Monday, January 2nd in observance of the New Year holiday.

Refuse and Recycle Collection will have no schedule change.

City Services: Residents can still pay their city services bill, register for a Parks and Recreation program, and more whenever Cit Hall is closed by visiting www.yumaaz.gov. In addition, a self-service kiosk for utility payments (cash/credit/debit) is available 24 hours a day outside the main entrance of City Hall.
