Nominate your favourite Tucson highschool marching band

Drumline please! If you know of a high school marching band that you cannot miss, we want to hear from you!

The Tucson High School Sports Awards, presented by Babcock Ranch, are now accepting nominations for the Best Band Fan Favorite Award, which recognizes the best high school marching bands in the area. The winner will be announced during the free on-demand streaming awards ceremony on June 24th on the event website

Whether it’s melody, visual performance, drums or uniforms, we want to know what makes your favorite high school marching band unique. From bands dominating national or regional competitions to bands crushing it during local halftime shows, we rely on your nominations so we can honor the best in the region. Every band can be nominated on the competition page at, regardless of whether they were able to perform this year or not.

Nominations can be submitted until March 2nd. The voting period begins on March 3rd at 11 a.m. and ends on March 31st.

If the marching band you want to nominate is already on the contest page, you don’t need to nominate it again. Just wait for the voting period and show your support by voting for your favorite high school band up to once a day.

The winner of the Best Band Fan Favorite Award will be announced during the Tucson High School Sports Awards and a trophy will be sent to the winner after the show.

We can’t wait to see which band march up.
