The City of Phoenix Equal Opportunity Department and the Phoenix Women’s Commission (PWC) invite residents to a free financial webinar, “The Money Talk: How to Negotiate, Persuade & Get Paid What You’re Worth,” from noon to 1 pm, Wednesday , Jan 25
A recent study found that when offered a job, most women are so grateful for the offer that they accept it without negotiating their salaries. It’s time to flip the script and change that narrative.
In The Money Talk, participants will leave with a clear understanding of how to close the gaps in their negotiation conversations:
- How to identify old patterns of thinking that could sabotage the negotiation process
- How to create a new money story that increases confidence in having uncomfortable conversations
