Phoenix VA opens COVID-19 vaccine appointments for veterans of all ages

PHOENIX – The Phoenix Veteran’s Administration announced on Friday that it has opened its COVID-19 vaccine appointments to enrolled veterans of all ages.

Appointments for the Pfizer vaccine are now available at all four Phoenix VA locations.

Veterans already enrolled should call the scheduling number at 602-604-3915.

Those who are not registered in the Phoenix VA Health Care System can register online.

The four Valley locations where enrolled veterans can get a vaccine are listed below:

Phoenix: Main Hospital Campus (650 E. Indian School Rd.) Open Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm and Saturday from 8am to 12pm.

Phoenix: Southwest Clinic Drive-Thru (9250 W. Thomas Rd.) With appointments on April 20, 21, 27, 28, and 3.

Gilbert: Passage through the Südostklinik (3285 S. Val Vista Dr.) with opening times from Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Surprise: Northwest Clinic (13985 W. Grand Ave., Ste. 105), open Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
