Pine Run in the 567 Ward in Flagstaff almost sold out in one day

Symmetry Companies, a Scottsdale-based luxury resort community developer, sold all but one reservation in its newest custom neighborhood – Pine Run at 567 – the day it opened at Pine Canyon, a private golf community in Flagstaff, Arizona.

The new neighborhood known as Pine Run at 567 is the last enclave in the community to offer bespoke home sites that range in size from one-third of an acre to an acre of land. Pine Run at 567, named for its proximity to holes 5, 6, and 7 of the championship golf course in Pine Canyon designed by Jay Morrish, offers owners a prime position in an exclusive community anchored by luxurious amenities and resort-inspired hospitality.

“Our feverish market right now led us to believe we were seeing remarkable interest in this newest neighborhood, but I don’t think we would be nearly sold out within 24 hours of reservations opening,” said Peter Burger, President and Founder by Symmetry Companies, a Scottsdale-based developer who owns and operates Pine Canyon. “It’s incredible to see this interest in the market and in our community. We think Pine Canyon is a special place and we are clearly not alone in this. “

Symmetry Realty Brokerage, an embedded brokerage firm within Pine Canyon exclusively for the private community and its owners, manages the listing, launch, and reservations for the home sites. After Symmetry Realty Brokerage held a kick-off event in early June with PGA tour players Aaron Baddeley, Nate Lashley and Scott Harrington in a three-hole shootout and enabled potential buyers to visit, walk through and select home sites, Symmetry Realty Brokerage secured reservations for 25 of the 26 available plots.

Each of the home sites in the neighborhood have incredible views of the nearby San Francisco Peaks, easy access to Pine Canyon communal facilities – including the one-of-a-kind Midway Grill, a world-class pit stop in a renovated 1944 Santa Fe Railroad car at the corner – and a location on a hillside in the Ponderosa Pines of northern Arizona.

“Pine Run at 567 is a unique neighborhood in many ways, and we’re thrilled that others have recognized its seemingly unlimited potential,” said Burger. “We’re grateful to be part of a vibrant Flagstaff community, and it’s exciting to know this neighborhood will allow more Pine Canyon owners to appreciate and experience the beauty of the area and give back to the community.”
