Police are investigating after the suspect barricaded himself inside the Phoenix home

PHOENIX – Police are investigating after a suspect barricaded himself into a house in west Phoenix after a fight on Sunday.

Officials said officials responded to a report of a fight involving multiple men in a house near 67th Avenue and Thomas Road.

The officers arrived at the scene and saw a person running away.

According to the police, a man left the house a few minutes later and suffered a non-life-threatening injury in the fight.

The suspect who caused the injury was identified by police, who found he has a pending arrest warrant.

According to police, the suspect refuses to leave home as officers are working to communicate with him.

According to the police, nobody else should be in the house.
