Prescott High School Sports Recap – April 13th

Prescott High School Baseball brings a win and a loss, while Softball continues to defeat its opponents! Boys tennis has a mix of wins and losses, while girls tennis has brought home wins. Volleyball has scored two more wins in the past week.

baseball

The Prescott High baseball team won their game on April 6 against Saguaro High by a margin of 4-5, but lost to Mesquite High on April 8 (7-0). The team will play Flagstaff High on April 13th, Marcos de Niza on April 14th and Flagstaff High again on April 15th.

Soft ball

The Prescott High School softball team won their last four games against Saguaro High on April 6 (19-9), Mesquite High on April 8 (14-2), Coconino High on April 10 (5-4) and Estrella Foothills on April 12th (16-4). The team will play Flagstaff High School on April 14th and 16th.

tennis

The Prescot High School Boy’s tennis team lost to Verrado High by a final score of 4-5 on April 7, but bounced back on April 9 by a 7-0 lead against Deer Valley. The team will play against Mingus Union on April 13th, Casa Grande on April 15th and Paradise Valley High on April 17th.

The Prescott High School Girl’s tennis team won their last two games against Verrado High on April 7th (8-0) and Deer Valley High on April 9th ​​(6-3). The team will play against Mingus Union High on April 13th, Casa Grande on April 15th and Paradise Valley High on April 17th.

volleyball

The Prescott High School Boy’s volleyball team defeated Notre Dame Prep on April 6 (3-0) and Peoria High on April 9 with a 3-1 final score. The team will play again this week against Peoria High School on April 13th, then against Cactus High on April 15th and against the Thunderbird Chiefs on April 16th.
