PINETOP-LAKESIDE–Chief Dan Barnes of the Pinetops-Lakeside Police Department issued a press release Oct. 22. Anyone accused of a crime is presumed innocent by law unless or until proven guilty in a court of law.

10/01/21 – A collision with a motor vehicle in the area of ​​Yeager Ln/SR 260 resulted in the arrest of Ivan Bush, 26, of Whiteriver. Bush had an outstanding arrest warrant in Pinetop Justice Court for failing to appear on charges of shoplifting and underage consumption, $1,000 bail. He was taken to the Navajo County Jail Annex in Show Low.

10/2/21 – A collision with a motor vehicle at Block 100 of West White Mountain Blvd resulted in the arrest of Julian Yellowhair of Indian Wells. Julian was charged the least with dui, dui with bac greater than 0.08, extreme dui, and dui with bac 0.20 or more. Yellowhair also had an outstanding warrant from the Winslow Judicial Court for failure to comply with an alcohol violation, $606.00 bail. He was taken to the Navajo County Jail Annex in Show Low.

10/3/21 – Officers responded at 6 East White Mountain Blvd regarding a possible Dui leaving the scene of the accident. The vehicle fled north on White Mountain Blvd and after surrounding authorities attempted to locate it, the vehicle was stopped in the Show Low area. Kimon Milarakis, 41, from Concho, was arrested for leaving the scene of the accident and Dui. He was taken to the Navajo County Jail Annex in Show Low.

10/3/21 — Officers responded to a domestic violence call at a Pinetop Motel on the 800 block east of White Mountain Blvd. Sergei Dawson, 28, of Glendale, and Brooke Wadleigh, 34, of Lakeside, have been arrested on domestic violence charges for disorderly conduct. Both were transported to the Navajo County Jail Annex in Show Low.

10/5/21 – Officials responded to a domestic dispute in the 1000 Block of West Jackson Ln. Donavin Alonzo, 40, of Lakeside, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct on domestic violence charges. He was taken to the Navajo County Jail Annex in Show Low.

10/06/21 – The officer responded at 20 East White Mountain Blvd regarding a domestic dispute. Bowe Van Meter, 33, of Lakeside, was arrested on charges of domestic violence/violation of a protective order and related threats and intimidation. He was taken to the Navajo County Jail Annex in Show Low.

10/7/21 – Officials responded to an apartment in the 2400 block of East Poplar Drive regarding a disturbance. Brad Sharkey, 38, of Pinetop was arrested for assault. He was later quoted and released.

10/07/21 – Officials responded to a Pinetop deal regarding a shoplifting. Elmaria Altaha, 24, of Whiteriver, was arrested for shoplifting and an outstanding Pinetop Justice Court warrant for no-show for disorderly conduct and assault, $1,500 bail. She was taken to the Navajo County Jail Annex in Show Low.

10/07/21 – In a traffic stop in the Ah Ho Pine Drive/Larson Rd area, John Carlson, 35, of Pinetop, was arrested on a pending warrant in a Show Low Justice court for failing to comply with the charge of disorderly conduct, bail of 379, $00, arrested . He was taken to the Navajo County Jail Annex in Show Low.

10/9/21 – A traffic delay in the Homestead Rd/Riverside Dr area resulted in the arrest of Juan Quintero-Verdiales, 26 of Pinetop, on an outstanding Show Low Justice Court warrant for no-shows on Dui charges, $1,500 bond. He was taken to the Navajo County Jail Annex in Show Low.

10/9/21 – Officers responded to a Lakeside supermarket regarding a shoplifting incident. Brent Yellowhair, 40, of Indian Wells, was arrested for shoplifting. He was later quoted and released.

10/10/21 – A traffic delay in the 300 block of West White Mtn Blvd led to the arrest of Cheri Jacobs, 44, of Tempe. She was cited for criminal speeding of 62mph in a 35mph zone and released.

10/10/21 – A traffic delay in the area of ​​SR 260/Woodland Lake RD resulted in the arrest of Hannah Fenney of Peoria. She was cited for criminal speeding of 64mph in a 35mph zone and released.

10/11/21 – A traffic delay in the SR 260/Rainbow Lake Drive area resulted in the arrest of a 17-year-old. The 17-year-old was subpoenaed and released for criminally speeding 67mph in a 45mph zone.

10/15/21 – Officials responded to the 2400 block of East White Mountain Blvd regarding a domestic dispute. Michael Wertheimer, 40, of Anthem, was arrested on charges of domestic violence involving threats, intimidation and disorderly conduct. He was taken to the Navajo County Jail Annex in Show Low.

10/15/21 – Officials responded to the 1700 block of South Penrod Ln regarding a domestic dispute. Sergei Dawson, 28, of Pinetop, was arrested for aggravated domestic violence and related aggravated aslt-restrained-WPN or aggravated injury and disorderly conduct. He was also arrested for resisting arrest. He was taken to the Navajo County Jail Annex in Show Low.

10/15/21 – A traffic stop in the 400 block of East White Mountain Blvd resulted in the arrest of Shervez Massey, 24, of Whiteriver for dui least, dui with bac greater than .08, extreme dui and dui with bac .15 -.19 . He was subpoenaed and passed on to third parties.

10/15/21 — In Lakeside Officers arrested Franklin Silas, 30, of Lakeside on an outstanding Pinetop Justice Court warrant for non-appearance for criminal damage and disorderly conduct charges, $2,500 bail. He was taken to the Navajo County Jail Annex in Show Low.

10/18/21 – Officers responded to the 700 block of West White Mountain Blvd regarding a drunk man. Shaun Potter, 41, of Lakeside has been arrested for public nuisance. He was taken to the Navajo County Jail Annex in Holbrook.

10/5/21 – Officers responded to a domestic violence call at the 800 block east of White Mountain Blvd. Sergei Dawson, 28, of Glendale was arrested on charges of aggravated domestic violence and taken to the Show Low annex of the Navajo County Jail.

10/08/21 – A traffic delay in the Woodland Lake Rd/Woodland Rd area resulted in the arrest of Harold Paddlety, 39, of Pinetop for aggravated dui/licensing. He was taken to the Navajo County Jail Annex in Show Low.

10/9/21 – A traffic delay in the Homestead Rd/Riverside Dr area resulted in the arrest of Jesus Ramirez-Vargas, 26, of Pinetop on pending warrants from the Navajo County Superior Court of violating probation, aggravated assault, resisting arrest, criminal Trespassing and disorderly conduct, $10,000 bail. He was taken to the Navajo County Jail Annex in Show Low.

10/14/21 – Officers responded to a call from a suspect in the Commerce Crt/Porter Mtn Rd area. Martin Holloway, 24, of Lakeside was arrested on three outstanding warrants. The first was a failed warrant from Apache County Superior Court on original charges of sexual conduct with a minor, two counts of child molestation, aggravated assault and assault, bail for $100,000.00. He also had three warrants from the Show Low Justice Court for no-shows on dui charges and disorderly conduct, $4,750 bail. He was transported to the Navajo County Jail Annex in Show Low.
