PHOENIX – Authorities issued a splinter alert on Monday afternoon for a missing Phoenix man with a cognitive disorder.
Hector Salvador Bueno, 71, was last seen Sunday at his home near 19th Avenue and Bethany Home Road.
He wore a long-sleeved black T-shirt, a black Harley Davidson cowboy hat, and black cargo pants.
Bueno is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds and has bald black hair and brown eyes.
He has a state that makes him appear confused or disoriented.
Anyone with information on their whereabouts was asked to call the Phoenix Police Department Missing Persons Department at 602-534-2121 or 602-262-6151 after hours.
