Strategic plan | City of Yuma, AZ
Our strategic plan is a long-term vision of where the city of Yuma will be in the future and the steps we will take to get there. It serves as a roadmap for priorities, goals and initiatives for the city and its future.
The city started its strategic planning process in autumn 2020. The city tour collected public input through a community-wide listening tour and online surveys. In October, the city held a vision and goal-setting meeting, during which the city council developed a vision and five strategic outcomes.
