Today’s forecast for Tucson, Arizona
TUCSON, Arizona (KGUN) – A wintry weather pattern will sweep the southwest to end the year.
Rain and snow spells occur until the end of the week, with the best chance of rain arriving on Friday.
On Tuesday, winter weather warnings apply for the White Mountains, where up to 30 cm of fresh snow will fall by Wednesday morning.
In the lower heights. By the middle of the week we will see between 0.10 “and 0.25” of rain.
By the end of the week, some areas can experience more than an inch of rain, with nearly 2 feet of snow being possible in some mountain areas above 7,500 feet.
The sky clears Saturday night, dropping freezing temperatures for Sunday mornings as the Tucson metro region’s lows fall in the upper 20s.
