USBP: Convicted felon in Yuma. arrested

YUMA, Arizona (KYMA, KECY) – Agents of the Yuma Sector Border Patrol keep tracking down felons trying to illegally cross the United States.
According to US border patrols, a group of four Honduran citizens were arrested on Tuesday evening. Agents say they found the group near 8 1/2 County and Levee Road.
File checks later revealed that one of the men, Fredy Zuniga-Caceres, was convicted of malicious harm in 2009 in Virginia. A judge sentenced him to 15 years in prison.
Agents said Zuniga-Caceres would face prosecution for re-entry of a felon after being deported from the United States and face jail time.
