Sister Wives star Kody Brown and his wives have been living as four separate families since they moved to Flagstaff – will they ever move into a house again?

When fans first met Kody Brown and his wives Meri, Janelle, Christine and Robyn, the family was living under one roof in Lehi, Utah.

Kody got up and moved the family as an investigation into the Browns’ polygamous lifestyle intensified. At the time, polygamy was still a crime in the state of Utah.

Kody, his four wives, and 18 children moved from Lehi, Utah to Las Vegas, Nevada, where they built four separate homes on a shared cul-de-sac.

Open for business! 🎉 Sister Wives star Meri Brown recently announced that she has reopened her B&B Lizzie’s Heritage Inn after closing it to mourn the loss of her mother Bonnie, who was the landlady.

Meri admitted that she was “nervous” about doing things the way her mother did, and shared, “When I’ve spent the last few weeks getting the house ready, I’ve smiled, I have cried, I came across things that I need to tell her. “

She continued, “Now I know why the electrician didn’t call you back that day, why the doorbell only works sometimes and others don’t, and you should try this new crispy rice flavor that we planned together. She chose it that way and knew the drill. ”

Despite her nervousness, Meri is also excited and grateful for her team! ❤️ Find out more about Meri and her B&B in the #linkinbio!

But Kody had the idea to move again, this time from Las Vegas, Nevada, to Flagstaff, Arizona, where the family currently lives.

There the Browns bought 12 acres of land in Flagstaff on their property called Coyote Pass. Their intention was to eventually build houses on their property.

However, Kody announced earlier that season that they were unable to begin construction on their property despite Christine selling her last Las Vegas homes.

Currently, the family is even more divided, with each of Kody’s wives living in their own homes, at least 15-20 minutes apart.

If Kody had his way, he would build a house for his family on Coyote Pass. He first introduced the idea to the family when they were still living in Las Vegas.

Christine was the only one of Kody’s women who adamantly opposed living under one roof. She voiced fights from years ago in Lehi, including her anger that Kody didn’t shower in her house.

Sister Wives fans discussed Christine’s reluctance to live under one roof

On Reddit, a user shared a post asking other Sister Wives fans if they thought Christine would ever live in the same house with her sister wives again.

Most Sister Wives fans thought Christine would never bow down.

A Sister Wives fan commented that Christine would not live with her sisters again. They felt that Christine didn’t want to get stuck as the primary caregiver for the family’s children, especially those of Robyn and Kody, who are the youngest.

“Imo – Christine was the babysitter in Lehi and was not appreciated. Now that her and Janelle’s children are older, she doesn’t want to become the built-in babysitter [Robyn’s] Children. That plus, while babysitting, Kody will spend more time doing things with Robyn, ”the fan wrote.

Would moving to Utah change Christine’s mind?

Another fan asked if Christine would approve of a house if it meant living in Utah. Christine made it clear this season that she wanted the family to move back to Utah, but no one else was on board.

“Would she agree to one house if the others moved to Utah?” Asked the Reddit user.

Right now, the Browns live as four separate families rather than one cohesive family that fans got to know in previous seasons.

While the one-house idea makes the most sense for a polygamous lifestyle, it’s understandably a tiresome subject for Kody’s women.

Sister Wives is currently on hiatus.
