YCSO: 3 detained after an incident outside the Yuma nightclub
MPs say suspects showed guns
YUMA, Arizona (KYMA, KECY) – Three men are in custody after displaying guns outside a Yuma nightclub, according to the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office (YCSO).
YCSO says it happened Monday morning at 12:15 in Tarros Chicali on 16th Street. According to MPs, the three suspects were seen with visible weapons in the car outside the club. They said security asked them to leave and they did it first.
MPs say the men returned in another vehicle a short time later. Witnesses say the men pointed their guns at someone outside the club before they took off again.
According to the YCSO, two of the suspects have returned a third time. At that time there were MPs on site. They arrested the men. They arrested the third suspect a short time later. MPs also confiscated three weapons. Nobody got a hut.
The men are each faced with a count of serious attacks with a deadly weapon, malpractice with weapons, and threats and intimidation.
