YLCC recognized for excellence – Yuma Pioneer

Yuma Life Care Center, a city-based rehab and long-term care provider, is proud to announce that it has received the Pinnacle Quality Insight 2021 Customer Experience Award. Yuma Life Care qualifies for overall satisfaction, care, individual needs, laundry, dignity and respect, professional therapy services, licensing procedures, and general customer service categories and continues to be committed to providing world-class service to seniors.

Describing receiving the award as an honor, Lance Pool, Administrator and Diane Sawyer, DON state, “It is truly an honor to be recognized for this award, especially given the pandemic that has hampered the facility over the past year. We are proud to accept this award on behalf of our dedicated employees. “
During its more than 50-year history of serving the community, Yuma Life Care has placed great emphasis on meeting the individual needs of each resident. Throughout 2020, a sample of Yuma Life Care customers and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that included open-ended questions and the opportunity to rate Yuma Life Care in specific categories.
Every month, Yuma Life Care collected its real-time survey results to better understand residents’ needs and make improvements when needed.
By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award, Yuma life Care has met the strict requirement of scoring points in 15% of the nation in an average of 12 months. Customers have the opportunity to earn this best-in-class award on a monthly basis across many categories to accurately reflect each resident’s experience.
