Need an elevator to Tucson? This new Tesla ridesharing program in the Phoenix area can help local news
Falcon LineHeadquartered in Scottsdale, the new company will help travelers move Tesla-style between the valley and southern Arizona to minimize cost, stress and inconvenience.
“Flying is expensive, cumbersome and chaotic. Bus or shuttle travel is inexpensive, but the experience is quite undesirable and it is unproductive and stressful to travel two hours or more on I-10. This is where Falcon Line comes in, ”he said Michael Puhala, CEO and Founder of Falcon Line. “Most users of our service look for travel accommodations that are between 75 and 200 miles in length. The Phoenix to Tucson route is the first of many corridor travel options in our plans for launch in the United States. “

Falcon Line just launched services in Phoenix and Tucson in April and plans to expand into northern Arizona (Flagstaff and Sedona) in May.
Falcon Line currently offers fully electric premium business class service from point A to point B with professional drivers in a fleet of Tesla Model X vehicles. Passengers can book a single seat or reserve the entire car for their trip. To ensure productivity isn’t compromised, the cars come with retractable desks in the back seats, 5G WiFi, and other amenities to make personal and business travel seamless.
“Today’s travelers want a consistent experience that is safe, comfortable, and attentive,” said Puhala. “Falcon Line was born with this consumer in mind. Additionally, in addition to offering a gold standard luxury travel experience, Tesla is also an eco-friendly electric car that, as an added benefit, can take advantage of the HOV lane during times of heavy traffic. ”
There are two pick-up and drop-off locations in Phoenix, including one in North Scottsdale on Scottsdale Quarter and a second close Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. There is a pick up and drop off location in Tucson at La Encantada Shopping Center. When travelers book a seat, it’s a point-to-point drop-off. If travelers book the entire car, they also benefit from the door-to-door service.
To book a ride, travelers can plan a one-way or round-trip online. Prices range from $ 100 to $ 300. Reservations are made in advance to ensure accommodations can be met. Subscription services will be available for high-volume passengers who travel frequently between Falcon Line metropolitan areas.
The company says travelers can also breathe easily when traveling in style. They know the Tesla Model X vehicles have an advanced air purification system and the vehicles are sanitized after every trip, making travelers feel safer than flying or sitting in a van in the COVID-19 era.
