Chick-fil-A opens new Phoenix Restaurant on Wednesday

PHOENIX, AZ – Chicken Lovers, Rejoice! A new Chick-fil-A restaurant opens in Phoenix this Wednesday, June 30th. Chick-fil-A Bethany Home is located at 1850 W. Bethany Home Rd., Near Spectrum Mall at the intersection of Bethany Home Road and 19th Avenue, and is open Monday through Saturday, 6 am-10pm.

To celebrate the opening of the restaurant, Chick-fil-A Bethany Home surprises 100 local heroes who make an impression in Phoenix with free Chick-fil-A for a year. In addition, Chick-fil-A will donate $ 25,000 to Feeding America in honor of the opening of the new restaurant. The funds will be distributed to partners in the greater Phoenix area to help fight hunger.

Chick-fil-A Bethany Home opens to drive-thru and mobile express lane service. Guests can use the duel lane passage, walk-in windows and seating on the outside terrace as well as contactless ordering and payment via the free mobile Chick-fil-A app or online ordering. The popular chicken chain has selected Katie Higgins to be the independent franchise owner / operator of Chick-fil-A Bethany Home. According to the company, Higgins will be responsible for all day-to-day operations for the company, including employing approximately 120 full- and part-time team members, maintaining relationships with local organizations and neighboring businesses, and serving guests.

“With the opening of this new restaurant, I look forward to building a team that is focused on delivering exceptional service to our guests and creating an environment where our team members and the community feel welcome and cared for,” said Higgins .

Higgins is originally from Peachtree City, Georgia and is a distinguished United States Air Force veteran. She graduated with military honors from the United States Air Force Academy and received the prestigious Lance P. Sijan Leadership Award and the Team Hill Award during her service, which recognize and honor the highest leadership qualities. Katie and her husband Brian, who serves as a pilot in the United States Air Force, live on-site with their two children.
