Phoenix Rising is looking for students for their upcoming YouthBuild project

ALACHUA COUNTY, Florida (WCJB) – Phoenix Rising, a CareerSource-supported program, is focused on helping young people who need a high school diploma and professional training.
Now they are recruiting students between the ages of 18 and 24 for their next YouthBuild project.
The YouthBuild program provides classroom and hands-on training for students as they build homes together for Habitat For Humanity, a nonprofit that provides shelter for the homeless and displaced.
The program overview will take place on August 4th at 10 a.m. and on August 5 at 2 p.m.
