PD: Gunfight leads to crash on I-17 in Phoenix
PHOENIX – A man was shot while driving on Interstate 17 in Phoenix The police are now looking for the suspect late on Wednesday evening.
Phoenix Police said the victim was driving near I-17 and Bell Road around 10:30 p.m. when he got into an altercation with another driver. The victim was shot and collided with another vehicle.
The victim was not critically injured and “there were no serious injuries from the collision,” the police said on June 17th.
The suspect left the scene before the police arrived.
I-17 to the north was closed due to the investigation, but has been reopened since then.
