A fatal incident at a restaurant near 59th Avenue in Glendale with three deaths and five injured

Five additional people were injured, including two women and two men between the ages of 20 and 23, as well as a 16-year-old boy who sustained the most serious injuries but is expected to recover, according to law enforcement sources.

The Glendale Police Department described the sequence of events leading to the shooting as beginning with a fight between at least two groups inside the venue. Multiple people were escorted outside following the altercation, and shots were fired in the parking lot area. Police characterized the scene as “chaotic” and said the altercation directly preceded the shooting.
